Delivery and Tracking

Our delivery services provide secure and traceable delivery via Sendle.

Orders are normally processed and shipped the same business day (Monday - Friday) when ordering before 12pm or next business day when ordering after 2pm.

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched so you can monitor your delivery progress every step of the way.

Source Automation offers $9.99 flat rate delivery to anywhere in Australia - regardless of the order size. We advise you to group your items in one order as we can't group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Delivery times for our flat rate service are generally between 3-5 business days (slightly longer for some remote areas of Australia).

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
