Source Automation will provide a refund in accordance with the Policy set out in this document. This Policy only sets out the minimum time periods within which Source Automation will offer you a refund and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law may extend beyond these time periods.
To obtain a refund please use the form below to contact us. You will be required to provide proof of purchase from Source Automation.
To obtain a refund the product must be Unused & Unopened, packaging in good condition (product not faulty) and was purchased less than 30 Days previous.
The postage is the responsibility of the customer and the return must be approved by Source Automation before returning.

Do not return the goods until we have contacted you with an RA Number or further instructions, as the goods will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorisation from Source Automation.
